One Year Limited Warranty

Big Horn warrants its custom saddles and tack to the original purchaser to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original (first) sale. Whether a product is defective is determined solely by the Seller.

 

Freight to return a product to the company for defective determination, is borne by the purchaser. In the event that a defect is determined, freight to return the product to the purchaser is borne by the Seller, in the continental USA only. The Seller will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any product found to be defective, for use as intended, after return to, and examination by, the company. If it is determined that there is NOT a defect, the freight to return the product to the purchaser is borne by the Purchaser. This LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY does not cover incidental damages or consequential damages caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect caused by any person(s) or thing(s), purchaser's sole remedy being repair or replacement, at the sole discretion of the Seller. Functional alteration of any kind, by the purchaser or other person(s), to the product specifically voids this warranty.


General Provisions and Exclusions Applicable to the Limited Warranty:


This warranty does not cover duplication of color or appearance of leather used by the company which the purchaser may have seen in advertisements and in person or which the purchaser may not like. This warranty does not cover fit for the purchaser or any horse that the purchaser may use the saddle on. Liability of shall be limited to the price of the saddle and the company shall not be responsible or liable for any incidental or consequential damages of any kind. Warranties included herein are in lieu of all other warranties, either express or implied. There are no warranties that extend beyond the face hereof. Purchaser may have additional rights by laws so made and provided. Jurisdiction with regard to any return privileges or warranty disputes shall be restricted to the laws of the State of Tennessee. This warranty shall not apply to any products that have been damaged while being used in any manner for a purpose not intended by the company.


Fourteen (14) Trial Policy


Brenda Imus wants you to be satisfied, within reason, with the new saddle. If your new Imus 4-Beat saddle does not fit you or your horse properly, upon your timely compliance with all size satisfaction policy requirements stated below, the company will: Produce a new different size replacement saddle, one time only, for you of equal, or lower value, at no additional charge. Alternately you may request a refund of the purchase price minus shipping.  Delivery is subject to normal delivery quoted times. Purchaser will be responsible for shipping both ways when returning saddle for exchange or refund.  After one replacement saddle is produced, this size satisfaction policy expires and our normal One Year Limited Warranty, only, applies to your new replacement saddle.

Size Satisfaction Policy Requirements:


  1. You must notify Brenda Imus or National Bridle Shop, via phone or email within (14) calendar days from the date of your first receipt of your saddle, of your intent to return the saddle for replacement under this 14 day fit guarantee.
    No exceptions!  Purchaser will be provided with a Return Authorization number (RMA #). and
  2. The saddle must leave the purchaser's possession by the 14th (fourteenth day).  A tracking number must be provided to show proof that saddle was shipped out within the 14 day trial.
  3. Return the saddle in an "as new" condition. Should the saddle not be returned in an "as new" condition, the company reserves the right to charge you a "penalty fee" to compensate the company adequately for any resale or other losses on the returned saddle. The "as new" and "penalty fee" determinations are in the seller's sole discretion. Generally speaking "as new" means, but is not limited to, no stains, no wear spots, no scratches, no sweat marks, no horse hair or other unsightly foreign matter on the saddle. It is solely the purchaser's responsibility to keep the saddle in "as new" condition before returning. Failure to do so will void any recourse under this policy.  It is suggested that you cover the underside of the saddle with a coveringmaterial to prevent soiling, etc. When riding during trial period avoid wearing buttons or buckles that might scratch upon mounting or dismounting.  Avoid riding in the rain or through brush as both could damage the saddle and forfeit a return. We recommend riding in soft-soled shoes to prevent scratches on the bottom of the fender and stirrups. The Seller takes pictures of each saddle before leaving the premises and thoroughly packs each saddle to protect them during shipping.

 

SADDLE ORDER CANCELLATION FEE:

If you cancel your saddle order before it arrives, there will be a $100.00 Cancellation Fee!
