- All returnable merchandise has a 14 day return policy.
- All returns must be accompanied with a clearly marked return merchandise authorization number (RMA) written on the outside of the return package. Any merchandise returned without this number will be returned at the cost of the sender.
- Returned merchandise must be kept in its original packaging and be in new condition.
- There is a one year warranty on the craftsmanship of our Ride 'N Tie™ Trail Bridles and Imus 4-Beat ™ Saddles.
- Our Imus 4-Beat™ Saddle trees carry a 5 (five) year warranty.
- We will replace or fix at our discretion those items with manufacturing defects (does not include excessive wear).
- We reserve the right to assess a 15% restocking fee for any returned items, excluding saddles.
- Federal laws prohibit the return of bits for refund or exchange UNLESS there is a manufacturer defect.
- Books, Videos, and Imus 4-Beat™ pads, and gift certificates are non-returnable. Supracor ® saddle pads are returnable according to the guidelines outlined above due to the anti-fungal and anti-bacterial material of the pad.
